This summer, a brand-new hop-on, hop-off shuttle bus is making it easier than ever to discover the breathtaking beauty of North and West Clare. The free and bookable ‘Burren and Cliffs Explorer’ will run as a pilot project from May 1st to August 31st, connecting charming towns, villages, and iconic attractions.
Travel hassle-free to Corofin, Carran, Kilfenora, Doolin, Liscannor, and Lahinch, with convenient hubs in Lisdoonvarna and Miltown Malbay, where free parking is available. Whether you’re heading to the Burren National Park or soaking in the stunning views at the Cliffs of Moher Experience, this shuttle makes it simple to explore at your own pace.

To ensure the success of this initiative, Clare County Council and the National parks and Wildlife Service and the Burren and Cliffs of Moher UNESCO Global Geopark will host public engagement sessions on Monday, April 7th and Tuesday, April 8th inviting input from residents, businesses, and key stakeholders.
These consultations will take place at Miltown Malbay Community Centre (7th April) and at the Burren Centre, Kilfenora (8th April) between 5pm and 7pm.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend and share their views to help shape the future of this initiative.
